Executive Chef Anthony Keene has created a menu that complements the season. Highlights include Smoked Mahi-Mahi with Kennebec potato chips, French Fries with Caviar, crème fraiche and chives, Tostada Ceviche with scallops, halibut and shrimp, and Steaks such as Yellowfin Tuna with tempura vegetables and ponzu and Australian Wagyu with chimichurri and onion rings.
The seasonal cocktail list is equally as creative, featuring British-inspired handcrafted concoctions such as Churchill Goes Tiki; Her Majesty’s Mojito; English Rita; The Duchess; and the Spicy Brit. Refreshing, frozen cocktails include the Mango-lada and Coconut Margarita, while the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic brand Seedlip’s ‘Designated Driver’ drinks include the Garden Party; Panoma and Elderflower Bliss.
