Where are YOU gonna be next Thursday night, September 1st at 6pm? I’m gonna be on the famous corner of Sunset and Vine putting an end to homelessness. JOIN ME and let’s eat for a good cause. It’s the 5th Annual Sunset & Dine food & wine festival that benefits The Center, whose mission is to end homelessness.
Last years event sold out and this year will be no different. Here’s what to expect. Delicious food, wine and beer samples from over 20 restaurants located near the famed intersection of Sunset and Vine. Amoeba Music is curating the event once again and will be showcasing singer, composer and multi instrumentalist Gabriel Garzon-Montano. He’s got a pretty voice :-). A few of the vendors will be, Dandy Don’s Homemade Ice Cream, Ikabsa, Kiki Made Kitchen, The Pie Hole, Wood & Vine, Chocolate Bar Pastry & Cafe and Cleo at the Redbury to name a few. Is your mouth watering yet because I just gave you dinner, dessert and drinks.
Tickets can be purchased here and are $35 a person (that’s like a night out without live music…SCORE!). Children 12 and under eat for free. The event will be held Thursday, September 1st from 6-10pm at Blessed Sacrament 6636 Selma Ave, Hollywood.
Come hungry and let’s break bread!
“The Sunset & Dine food festival brings together people from industries as diverse as film, business and education to taste the flavors of Hollywood and build community spirit.” said Joyce Williams-Maxwell of Emerson College Los Angeles.
