Beat the butter, sugars and oil together in your mixer until combined.
Add the eggs and extracts and mix.
In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients; flour, unsweetened cocoa, salt and cayenne.
Gently add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the mix. Set the mixer on low to combine ingredients. Do not over beat.
Fold in the chocolate chips and coconut shreds then pour the brownie mix in to the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Depending how well done you want your brownies you can bake for less time or more time. When you take the brownies out of the oven let them continue to cook in the pan for about 15 minutes.
FROSTING:
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a pan then add 2/3 cup of Florida Crystals raw organic brown sugar and stir. Add 3 tbsp of almond milk and bring mixture to a quick boil. Remove from heat and add 2 cups Florida Crystals raw organic powdered sugar and a tsp of your favorite extract.
