OC Restaurant Week kicks off today with over 100 of OC’s best of the best participating in the festivities. Over the next 7 days you’ll be able to celebrate good food and drink with curated dishes, crafted cocktails and wine specials. While some restaurants are take out only, some are offering indoor dining and some are taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors with patio dining. Head over to OC Restaurant week and you can navigate through the lists to see what type of dining services are available so you can plan accordingly.
The websites breaks down the restaurants by categorizing them into different “menu’s.” For example, there’s the “Family Meals by Price Menu”, the “Date Night Menu”, “Search by City” and “Explore the Globe” to name a few. My two favorite menu’s are the “Search by City option” and the “Date Night Menu.” For people that aren’t familiar with different areas in the OC the search by city option allows you to explore a new city and a new restaurant. The “Date Night Menu” is a favorite because I feel that date night menus are more creative, a better bang for your buck and usually include a cocktail/wine for a small fee.
Need an example of a great date night deal? Check out Fishbonz Seafood Grill. For $40 you get dinner for two that includes all the goodness you see below. Sharing is totally optional and at this price you can get two!
Half Pound Lobster Tail
Filet Magnon and Shrimp Skewer

Another recommendation is 320 Main Restaurant in Seal Beach. They are offering a dinner special, date night special and a luxe dinner and the BONUS…each deal come with a bottle of wine or cocktail. There’s also a family meal option and brunch option. Below is the short rib grilled cheese with garlic fries which is a part of the family meal option. Happy Eating!
