The 4th annual Masters of Taste is set for April 7th, 2019, rain or shine. Held annually at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA this is hands down one of my favorite events of the year and I highly recommend grabbing tickets. This year Masters of Taste is introducing Chef Michael Hung as the events first time ever host chef. Michael Hung’s illustrious career credentials include time spent with Traci Des Jardins’s James Beard Award-winning team at San Francisco’s Jardinière and overseeing the kitchen at Roland Passot’s Michelin-starred La Folie. His success continued when he opened the highly-acclaimed Viviane in the Avalon Hotel Los Angeles and then Ardour Hospitality which is a full-service consulting, culinary and hospitality company. Chef Michael has also returned to Faith & Flower where he oversees the kitchen.
What’s special about this particular food event is that 100% of the proceeds go to the Union Station Homeless Services to help end the fight against homelessness in our own back yard.
