We had such a great time in the kitchen shooting an episode of Chomp On This. It was triple K plus J night which means chaos, fun and nothing but delicious recipes. We made tropical cocktails with Tanduay Rum and Chef Jay whipped up a really tasty sausage and leek linguine. The requests are pouring in for this simple 4 ingredient dish. Here you go noodle lovers!
Linguine with Sausage
1 lb bulk sausage (I like to use Italian sausage, but you can use any)
2 leeks slice stalk (white part)
1 cup whipping cream
1 package linguine pasta
HOW TO DO IT – In a skillet, cook sausage (break into pieces) until brown. Add leeks and cook until tender. Drain fat, depending on the sausage usually not much to drain off. Add cream to sausage mixture, heat through. Toss in pasta and top with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4
