I’ve been on this ketogenic eating plan for the past couple of weeks and just recently started craving something sweet. Just at that moment I get an email from my keto support team with some links to keto friendly desserts. BAM! Time to get busy in the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple these little choco cakes were to make and even more impressed at how flavorful they were. CRAVING SATISFIED!
Put everything into one bowl in the order below
2 tbsp melted butter
couple squirts of liquid splenda
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp coconut flour
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
Grab your whisk and mix everything together.
You can make one big mug cupcake or separate into two ramekins
Microwave each one for 1 minute
Top with whipping cream
