It’s cocktail time! On this weeks “how to” I’m whippin up a tasty cocktail with St Germain Liqueur & strawberry purée and it’s delicious. Elderflower liqueur is sweet, but not too sweet. It’s floral but not overwhelming. And most importantly it’s ridiculously tasty in a cocktail.
Also it’s made from teeny weeny little white Elderflowers grown in the French Alps.
How super cute is that?

- 2 ounces St. Germaine Liqueur
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 mint leaves
Ingredients

STRAWBERRY PUREE Use fresh strawberries and mash them either using an immersion blender or a food processor. Once you reach a paste-like consistency add a little bit of sugar until you reach your desired sweet level.
IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER add 2 parts St. Germaine Liqueur 1 part vodka then ice SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE.
In your serving glass add one part strawberry puree then pour in your cocktail mix. Garnish the cocktail with a mint leaf.
