I want to share a tasty fruit and veggie shake that I’ve been obsessed with the past few months. It’s taken me a bit to get the ingredients right but I think I nailed this one. I love it! I added a banana for potassium, kale for protein. ginger because it’s an anti-inflammatory. Now I’ve never been able to eat ginger because it’s just not a flavor that sits well with me but I’m always trying. So in this recipe I added just a little bit. But for people that love ginger, then go crazy with it. I added blueberries and strawberries because they’re antioxidant superheroes, almond butter because it tastes good and makes it creamy, lemon juice to give it a bit of a tang and unsweetened coconut milk. Oh, I also added ice so it’s super cold. All the fresh fruit and veggies in this video are from Milk and Eggs.
