I hope y’all will join me at this years OC Fair for a chat about sustainability and a food demo featuring sustainable produce. Thanks in large part to my produce supplier, Melissa’s Produce, I’m able to highlight ingredients that might not be as well known but are very accessible. This year’s theme is “acres of fun” which focuses on the land and environment.
Come out for the day and get on some of the new carnival rides, stroll around and pet some farm 🐮 animals, check out the cool exhibits and of course, take a minute to stuff your face with some fair food.
