James Beard award-winning chef Sherry Yard, the Mushroom Council and the executive chefs from IPIC makes for a tasty afternoon in support of the Blended Burger Project. A movement that strives to make the iconic burger even better with ‘blended burgers’ – a burger composed of finely chopped mushrooms and meat for improved flavor, nutrition and SUSTAINABILITY.
Chefs from across the U.S. can participate in this project by creating their own blended mushroom burgers which must consist of at least 25% shrooms. Grab more deets here.
