I joined the KTLA 5 Morning show for some kick butt Asian goodness. It was a yummy segment called “Asian Inspired Weekend Dinner.” I love talking about ingredients I grew up using and how to incorporate them into a dish. So often I hear people say they don’t know what Asian sauce is used for what so to have a platform to show viewers was awesome. These recipes contain either fish sauce, oyster sauce or hoisin sauce. All staples in Vietnamese & Asian cooking.
