Wicked Cauliflower Flavor Explosion

Ready for a wicked cauliflower flavor explosion? I made this dish earlier and added crumbled bacon. I’m laying off the potatoes for a bit and this was a delicious, creamy alternative. Very similar consistency to mashed potatoes plus whatever you can think of to put on top of a potato, you can do to the cauliflower.

Cauliflower●RECIPE●
Steam a head of cauliflower
Grab your Breville immersion blender cause you’re gonna puree in the same pan.
Add 2 tbls butter
1/2 teas. of garlic powder
3 tbls of half and half
Salt n pepper to taste (I use white pepper)
Start pureeing

Additional toppings to lightly whip in with a spatula once the cauliflower has been pureed
•crumbled bacon
•chives
•blue cheese
•parmesan shavings
