Last week we shot the Kimchi episode in the Snyder Diamond Living Kitchen in Santa Monica, CA. There are literally hundreds of variations of Kimchi. You can use napa cabbage, pears, apples, leeks, cucumbers…the list is endless. Video coming soon. Can’t wait to share.
