St. Patrick’s Day Cottage Pie VIDEO

March 27, 2018 by Kimlai Yingling

I really enjoy making classic authentic dishes so I’m excited to share this Irish cottage pie recipe. It’s really good. It’s a casserole type meat pie that is simple to make and combines two ultimate comfort foods, MEAT AND POTATOES. I actually thought I was making a shepherds pie but according to my handy-dandy Irish online resources 🙂 shepherds pie is made with lamb and cottage pie is made with beef, so this recipe is for cottage pie. hahaha!
