Crunchy Spinach Chips | Recipe

February 1, 2016 by Kimlai Yingling

I was craving potato chips the other day and since I’m trying to stay away from potatoes at the moment, I had to come up with another option to fill my chip craving. My fridge is filled with pounds and pounds of spinach so I had an idea. Spinach Chips! They actually turned out. They were crunch, salty and tasted like bacon.

Check out my super simple recipe. Go ahead….give it a shot!

Turn the oven onto 375 and get out a baking sheet
Put handfuls of spinach into a large bowl
Drizzle some olive oil
Add salt and pepper
Make sure to coat every piece of spinach
Lay the spinach out onto the baking sheet and pop in the oven for 20 minutes

The spinach chips are crispy and tasty and surprising really good!

Enjoy!
