- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup Paisley Farm Sweet Beets

Instructions
- Add sweet beets and butter to a pan on medium slowly stirring until butter melts
- Add the cinnamon and lemon juice
- Grab your pavlova and spoon the beet mix into the well of the pavlova. Then top with lemon zest and serve.
