Asian Cravings Truck-Review

February 7, 2012 by Kimlai Yingling

By: Cheli De Las Cuevas

My fiance and I were having difficulty deciding on what to eat for lunch the other day, we have had a wicked craving for something fresh with a lot of flavor when all of the sudden…SHAZAM…the AsianCravings Food Truck appears out of nowhere like Spiderman to a desperate Mary Jane in danger!

We absolutely LOVE Asian food so there was no argument as to whether or not we should try it. Everything on the menu looked delicious but a couple of items in particular stood out to us. We ordered the Crispy Pork and Shrimp Pot Stickers with Curry Aioli & Sweet Soy Reduction, American Ground Lamb Sliders with Curry Aioli and Angry Chicken Wings with Thai Bird Chili Peppers, Green Onions and Fried Garlic.  I can’t even begin to describe the burst of flavor I got when biting into each item! Everything was seasoned to perfection and unbelievably delicious. My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it! The only thing I regret is NOT ordering their Chino Burrito…it looked incredible and it’s one of the more popular items on their menu. This is not your average run-of-the-mill food truck, the service was impeccable, the food was clean and everything was so FRESH! I would highly recommend this truck!
