Prep Time 10 minutes
Passive Time 1 hour
Servings
Ingredients
  • 2 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 Jalapeno with seeds
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • 6 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • Variety of crackers, chips and nuts
Instructions
  1. Throw the first 6 ingredients into a mixer. If you're using a KitchenAid use the paddle attachment.
  2. Wrap the cheese in plastic and put it into the fridge for an hour. It needs to harden up.
  3. Crush the Doritos into little bits. You are going to cover the cheeseball after it comes out of the fridge with the crushed Doritos which will make it look like a pumpkin.
  4. Cut off the top of the bell pepper and put it on top of the pumpkin cheese ball.
  5. Grab your favorite crackers, tortilla chips and nuts and plate the cheeseball .
